1. Sponsor

Lucky Wedges LLC, doing business as Lucky Golf, 5555 Joliet Street, Denver, CO 80239 ("Sponsor").

2. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) when they enter. Employees of Sponsor, its agencies and contractors working on this giveaway, and their immediate families and households, are not eligible.

3. When

The giveaway starts October 14, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and ends November 16, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official clock.

4. How to enter

Go to luckygolf.com/pages/giveaway during the Entry Period and submit your email address to receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Submitting a US mobile number to receive marketing texts is optional, is not required to enter or win, and does not earn entries.

Bonus entry. The only way to earn a bonus entry is a video post. Entrants who, during the Entry Period, post a public video on Instagram or TikTok that shows the golf clubs they currently play and says why they need replacing, follow @luckygolfofficial, tag @luckygolfofficial in the post, include the hashtag #luckygolfgiveaway, and then submit the link to that post on the giveaway page after entering, receive one (1) bonus entry. Limit one (1) video bonus per entrant, regardless of how many videos are posted or submitted. The video must be the entrant's own original content, must not include anyone who has not agreed to appear in it, must follow the rules of the platform it is posted on, and must remain public until the drawing. Sponsor will review each submitted post before the drawing and may withhold the video bonus for any post that does not meet these requirements. By submitting a post, the entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share the post on Sponsor's own social media channels with credit to the entrant; Sponsor will ask for separate permission before using any post in paid advertising.

Earlier bonus entries. At the start of the Entry Period, the giveaway page also offered two (2) bonus entries for submitting a mobile number, three (3) bonus entries for each person who entered through an entrant's personal link, and five (5) bonus entries for a video post tagged #FitYourFoursome and #sweepstakes. Sponsor has removed those options. Bonus entries that eligible entrants earned under those terms before they were removed from the giveaway page will be honored. Entering through your own link, or using multiple, fake or temporary email addresses, will void all of that entrant's entries.

Except as part of the video post described above, following Sponsor, or tagging or commenting on Sponsor's social media posts, does not earn entries.

Entering subscribes you to Lucky Golf marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing does not cancel your entries. Automated, scripted or bulk entries are void.

5. The drawing

On or about November 17, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. The prize

One (1) Grand Prize for the winner and three (3) guests chosen by the winner (four (4) prize recipients in total). Each recipient receives: three (3) Carver 02 wedges in Gold PVD (lofts of the recipient's choice); one (1) Eclipse putter (Mallet or Blade, recipient's choice); one (1) Stryker hybrid; two (2) Classic Polos (prints and sizes of the recipient's choice); and two (2) Lucky Golf hats (styles of the recipient's choice). Club and apparel options are subject to availability. Approximate retail value: $927 per recipient, $3,708 in total.

Each guest must be 18 or older and a legal resident of the 50 United States or DC. Prizes ship to addresses in the United States. No cash or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value if one is unavailable. Prizes are not transferable.

Already bought it? If the winner bought any item that is part of their own prize set from Sponsor between October 14, 2026 and the drawing, Sponsor will refund the amount the winner paid for those items (excluding shipping and taxes) and ship the rest of the winner's prize set. Purchases do not change anyone's chances of winning.

Each recipient is responsible for any taxes on their prize. A recipient whose prize is valued at $600 or more will be asked for a completed IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099.

7. Winner notification

Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email within three (3) days after the drawing. The potential winner must reply within seventy-two (72) hours and provide the names, email addresses and shipping addresses of three (3) eligible guests within seven (7) days. The winner and guests may be asked to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability and publicity release (where lawful). If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time, is found ineligible or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

8. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules, and may cancel, change or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical problems or anything else beyond its control affects its fairness, in which case the winner may be drawn from eligible entries received before the problem. Except where prohibited, the winner and guests agree that Sponsor may use their names and likenesses for promotion without further payment.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from taking part in the giveaway or from receiving or using a prize.

9. Privacy

Information collected is used to run the giveaway and to send Lucky Golf marketing that entrants have agreed to, as described in Sponsor's privacy policy.

10. Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.

11. Winner's name

For the winner's name, email support@luckygolf.com after December 1, 2026.

12. Platforms

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other platform. Entrants release those platforms from any liability.
